Bill and Oscar Brock started Desktop Solutions in 1988. The business was originally located on Amnicola Highway from 1988 through early 2000.
In March of 2000 the business was purchased by current owner Roger Bisson. Roger had worked for Desktop Solutions since 1989. The business was relocated to Lee Highway in April of 2000 before eventually moving to the current location on Jordan Drive in November of 2003.
Katrina Bisson has been the office manager since 2001. While Desktop Solutions has undergone many changes over the years, the one constant has been its dedication to providing a high level of service for Apple computer products in the Chattanooga and surrounding area.
